Party Booking Terms & Conditions

Please take some time to read through the details and conditions below to ensure you are prepared for your party.

• 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your birthday party booking. The balance 75% can be paid at the counter when you arrive for the party.
• Once the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed.
• We require confirmation of all details including additional guest list, any add ons, platters and special dietary needs at least 5 days before the party. We may or may not be able to accomodate late requests.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your party booking. This will ensure the kids get to enjoy the full 2 hours of the party.
• The party room will be available for the last 45 minutes of the party for cake cutting and food and drinks. Please respect our other customers by vacating your room on time.
• Play time can be extended beyond 2 hours. Please speak to your host on how many kids would like extended play and we can check the best deal we can offer you.
• Children must be seated in the party room or café whilst eating and drinking.
• Funtastic Kids provide great café facilities; therefore we do not allow food or drink to be brought into our premises. A nut-free birthday cake is the exception with a booked party.
• We do cater for most allergies and dietary preferences. Please confirm all details prior to the party. Note: We will always do our best to accommodate your changes, however we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate in every circumstance.
• Funtastic Kids follows strict health and safety practices and will endeavour to accommodate special requests due to food allergies and intolerances. However, we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals due to potential trace of allergens in the working environment & supplied ingredients.
• These terms and conditions are on top of general play centre rules. Please make yourself familiar with them and other safety information displayed in-store.
• Funtastic Kids playground equipments are only suitable for children up to the age of 11 years. Anyone 12 years or older is considered an adult and should enter the play area to assist younger kids accompanying him/her.
• Grip socks must be worn at all times. This includes both children and adults supervising toddlers in our play areas. Bare feet are not permitted for hygiene and safety reasons. Children attending a birthday party will get a pair of grip socks while entering the play centre. Adults can either BYO or purchase a pair for themselves at the reception desk.
• Funtastic Kids accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings on-site.
• No alcohol or smoking is permitted in the building or car park.
• Prices and packages include GST and are subject to change without notice.
• You may be contacted by Funtastic Kids from time to time for feedback on your function and future marketing.
