Funtastic Kids Play Centre Rules
Walk-ins are welcomed however we strongly recommend you pre-purchase a ticket on weekends to avoid disappointment/long wait.
General
● For health and safety reasons, kids must wear grip socks, whereas adults must wear grip or normal socks at all times at Funtastic Kids. Socks are available for purchase at the reception.
● Shoes, jewellery, badges, hair clips and other sharp objects MUST be removed before using the facilities.
● Clothes with ropes and cords should NOT be worn in the play areas.
● Children must play in the age appropriate play structure/areas at all times.
● In the interests of public health and safety, Children who are injured, sick or nauseous are not permitted to use the play facilities.
● Baby nappy change tables are in the disabled toilet. Please let our friendly staff know if you need any assistance.
Food and Consumption
● Funtastic Kids offers nuts free, healthy food and party meals.
● Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited at all times.
● Outside food or drinks are NOT allowed in Funtastic Kids for health and safety reasons. The only exceptions being birthday cakes for pre-booked parties and baby (under 2 year olds) food.
● Strictly NO food in the play structures and play areas.
Supervision
● Children must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times.
● Only guardians over 18 years may supervise children.
● Funtastic Kids has CCTV cameras in help monitoring the place. You agree to being recorded by our cameras while you are at Funtastic Kids.
● However, monitoring your child through these cameras is not the same as actively supervising them.
● No running, abusive or rough play in the place.
● Parents & Guardians know their children’s capabilities best, so they should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this. For the safety of other children, Funtastic Kids reserves the right to remove unruly children from the place.
● Children must go down the slides feet first. Under no circumstances should children attempt to climb back up the slides, and no jump or push from the top of the slides.
● You must follow the directions of staff at all times.
● You must follow all the safety instructions we give you, and you must use the equipment safely & in the way it is intended to be used.
● Report all accidents and any behavioural concerns to a staff member, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence. These will be logged and plays an important part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe play environment.
Disclaimer
● Although we take the utmost care to supply a safe and secure environment for all children to play, the ultimate responsibility for those children remains that of their parents or guardians. Staff members are trained but provide general supervision only. You must actively supervise your children at all times.
● Funtastic Kids accepts no responsibility for and you release us from liability for any injuries. We will not entertain any claims for damages, resulting from the use of the play centre, or attending playgroups and classes. You and your children use the Playcentre at your own risk.
● Funtastic Kids accepts no responsibility for and you release us from liability for any lost or stolen articles. These are your own responsibility.
● Persons entering the premises agree to indemnify Funtastic Kids against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damage arising from or in relation to the entry by the person.
● The parent/guardian agrees to indemnify Funtastic Kids, its officers and employees, against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damage arising from or in relation to the entry of any child/children in their care.
● Funtastic Kids reserves the right to amend the rules herein at any time without any prior notice.
